Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Daniel Sallai ("I," "me," or "my") for the CAILD application ("Service") are non-refundable. I do not provide refunds for any payments, subscriptions, or purchases made through the Service under any circumstances.
2. Rationale
The no-refund policy is in place for the following reasons:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- You have the opportunity to evaluate the Service through descriptions, documentation, and any offered trial periods before making a purchase
- As an individual service provider, I allocate resources based on active subscriptions and cannot support retroactive service cancellations
3. Subscription Cancellation
While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period
- You will lose access to any features and data associated with your account once your current billing period ends
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to your profile or account settings
- Follow the cancellation instructions provided
- Alternatively, contact me directly at the email address provided below
After requesting cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request.
5. Exceptions
While I maintain a strict no-refund policy, I recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
- Demonstrable technical failures that have prevented access to the Service for extended periods
- Unauthorized charges or billing errors
- Legal requirements mandating refunds in your jurisdiction
I will review such situations on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any exceptions to the no-refund policy are made at my sole discretion.
6. Service Termination
As outlined in the Terms of Service, I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. In case of such termination, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
I reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. I will provide notice of any material changes through the Service or by sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
